This article covers not only the age-related features of psychical development, the importance of education in the psychical development of the individual, the environment, education and upbringing for a specific purpose, set out in the summary, the conditions for the manifestation of something genetically strictly defined, but also scientific, explanatory opinions about the content of psychical characteristics of a person. Also E. Thorndike and J. Piyazhye thought about the same as about the progress of the series with education, and that on the basis of the theories of L. Vygotsky "the Nearest zone of mental development" set out examples of how mental development is associated with educational education.
