Considering this article, we will identify the purpose of this article - to contribute to this area, discussing various theoretical approaches to change management in organizations and presenting an integrated model of change management in education. At the same time, this article provides information on the importance of changes in the management of the public education system in Uzbekistan and the role of international experience in implementing these changes.
