DEVELOPING THE ETHICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS ON THE BASIS OF A SYNERGETIC APPROACH

This article reveals the content of a synergetic systematized approach to the development of ethical competence, one of the professional competencies assigned to future teachers. Along with professional competence, it analyzes the specifics of moral and cultural competence, the components of which are taught to students in stages of higher education. The main task of this article is to further develop the moral competence of teachers, the content of the synergetic, systemic structure synergetic approach is clearly stated. The importance of pedagogical skills, professional competence, moral competence of future teachers in the training of teachers is revealed.
