Abstract

The article gives a brief description of virtual technologies, substantiates their role in the process of teaching a foreign language to the students, reveals the structure of virtual educational technologies. The main attention in the article is paid to the description of virtual technology models used in teaching foreign languages. We also analyzed the thematic content of these models, which directly depends on the goals set. In the course of the study, it turns out that when using virtual educational technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language, it is possible to adjust goals, methods and tools during the learning process itself, since virtual technologies allow the most sensitive response to the progress and capabilities of students.
