KATTALARDA SAQLANGAN OKKLUZIYAGA EGA BEMORLARDA ELAINERLAR YORDAMIDA TISHLARNING DISTAL SILJISHINI DAVOLASH

Intakt okklyuziyaga ega bo‘lgan katta yoshli bemorlarda individual tarzda dasturlangan elaynerlar yordamida molyarlarning distal siljishini samaradorligi solishtirma tahlil asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotga II sinf, 1 kichik sinf dentoalveolyar o‘zgarishlar tashxisi qo‘yilgan 28 nafar bemor jalb qilindi. Rejalashtirilgan distal siljish hajmi 2 mm bo‘lib, har bir elayner to‘plami bilan 0,25 mm dan ikki haftalik bosqichda amalga oshirildi. Birinchi guruhda attachementlarsiz elaynerlar, ikkinchi guruhda esa molyarlarda vertikal attachementlar bilan davolash olib borildi. Rejalashtirilgan siljishning bajarilish ko‘rsatkichi birinchi guruhda 86,9%, ikkinchisida esa 88,4% ni tashkil etdi; rejalashtirilgan traektoriya bilan farq mos ravishda 0,46 mm va 0,38 mm ni tashkil etdi. Olingan natijalar attachementlardan foydalanilganda harakatlar aniqroq va biomexanik jihatdan boshqariluvchanligini tasdiqlaydi. Okklyuzion pozitsiyaning saqlanishi retension elementlar natijadorligiga kompensator mexanizmlarsiz baho berish imkonini berdi. Natijalar kattalarda distal siljish bo‘yicha davolash algoritmlariga retension modifikatorlarni kiritish zarurligini asoslaydi.
