##article.abstract##

Epilepsiya eng keng tarqalgan surunkali nevrologik kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, butun dunyo bo‘yicha 65 million atrofidagi odamga ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar orasida epilepsiyaning tarqalishi 0,3-0,8 foizni tashkil etib, bu faqatgina Yevropaning o‘zida taxminan 1,1 million tug‘ish yoshidagi ayollarga to‘g‘ri keladi. Dunyoda har yili epilepsiyali ayollarda 1,2 milliondan ortiq homiladorlik qayd etiladi, bu barcha tug‘ruqlarning 0,3-0,5 foizini tashkil qiladi. Epilepsiyali ayollarda homiladorlik o‘ziga xos tibbiy vaziyat bo‘lib, epileptik xurujlar, epilepsiyaga qarshi davolanish, homiladorlikning fiziologik o‘zgarishlari va homila rivojlanishi o‘rtasidagi murakkab o‘zaro ta’sir bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu muammo akusher-ginekologlar, nevrolog-epileptologlar, klinik farmakologlar, genetiklar, neonatologlar va bolalar rivojlanishi bo‘yicha mutaxassislardan iborat ko‘p tarmoqli jamoa ishtirokida yaxlit yondashuvni talab qiladi.
