Natriyal natriuretik peptid (ANP, atriyal natriuretik omil, atrial natriuretik gormon, atriopeptin, atriopeptid) kardiomiotsitlar tomonidan ajralib chiqadigan peptid gormoni bo'lib, kuchli vazodilatator hisoblanadi. Atriyal natriuretik peptid suv-elektrolitlar almashinuvini va yog 'to'qimalarining metabolizmini tartibga solishda ishtirok etadi va qon bosimining oshishiga javoban atrium mushak hujayralarida sintezlanadi. Atriyal natriuretik peptid qon tomir to'shagida suv hajmini va natriy kontsentratsiyasini kamaytiradi [1].
