SURUNKALI MIYA YARIM ISHEMIYASI BO'LGAN BEMORLARDA OG'IZ BO'SHLIG'I SHILLIQ PARDASI EPITELIYSINING HUJAYRA TARKIBI VA MIKROFLORASI HOLATI

Og'iz bo'shlig'i shilliq pardasi epiteliyasi smearlarining hujayra tarkibi va mikroflorasining o'ziga xos xususiyatlari, shuningdek surunkali miya yarim ishemiyasi bo'lgan bemorlarda og'iz suyuqligining gormonal tarkibi o'rganildi. Tadqiqotda 45 yoshdan 65 yoshgacha bo'lgan, miya yarim aterosklerozi tufayli yuzaga kelgan miya qon tomirlari bilan kasallangan va ambulatoriya sharoitida bo'lgan 54 nafar bemor ishtirok etdi. Surunkali miya yarim ishemiyasi bilan og'rigan bemorlarda tuprik smearida limfotsitlar (uch marta) va "yalang'och yadrolar" sonining ko'payishi fonida neytrofillar havzasi va epiteliya hujayralari havzasi hajmining pasayishi kuzatildi - bu mahalliy himoyaning zaiflashuvidan dalolat beradi va patogenetik jihatdan muhim ko'rsatkich. Bukkal epiteliya hujayralari smearlarida Candida (C. albicans) jinsining xamirturushga o'xshash zamburug'lari aniqlandi, ularning tarkibi SMI bo'lgan bemorlarda 61,44% hollarda 105 KOE/ml ga yetdi. va shtammlarning o'rtacha 82,5 ± 6,4%. Og'iz ichidagi suyuqlikda erkin progesteronning ko'payishi 1,9 barobarga oshdi, estradiol darajasi 5 baravarga kamaydi, kortizol esa 1,6 martaga oshdi.
