Тегишли адабиётларга таянган холда ортопедик стоматологияда чархлашдан кейин келиб чиқадиган гиперестезияни замонавий профилактика ва даволаш усуллари ўрганиб чиқилди. Чархлашдан кейин келиб чиқадиган гиперестезияни замонавий профилактика усуллари тиш пульпасининг хаётчанлигини ва фаолиятини сақлаб қолишга қаратилган бўлиб, тишларни чархлаш ташқи таъсирлардан химояланган холда олиб борилиши зарур. Чархлашдан кейин келиб чиқадиган сезувчанликни замонавий профилактика ва даволашда сунъий синтезланган гидрооксиаппатитни, замонавий десенситайзерларни, 30% кумуш нитрати эритмасини, 1% ли натрий фторид эритмаси электрофорезини, калий нитратни, кам интенсив лазерни қўллаш самарали натижа беради. Тишларни хавфсиз сохаларини танлаб чархлаш амалиёти тишларда чархлашдан кейин келиб чиқадиган сезувчанликни олдини олишда мухим омил хисобланади. Ушбу мавзу бўйича тахлилимиз шуни кўрсатадики, юқорида қайд этилган ёндашувлар тиш пулпа туқимасини шикастланишини олдини олади.
