Тизимли қизил югурик билан касалланган беморларнинг 51.4 % да юракнинг зарарланишининг аник клиник симптомлари кузатилди. ТҚЮда иммуносупрессив терапия натижасида инфекцион асоратларни қўшилиши, асосан кортикостероидлар билан ўзоқ даволаш хамда касалликнинг ўзини оғир кечиши кўп ҳолларда ўпканинг зарарланишига олиб келади. Нерв тизимининг зарарланиши асосий белгиси ўйқу бузилиши ҳисобланиб, ўйқунинг чуқурлиги ва давомийлигининг камайиши, тез уйғониш ҳамда кундузги ўйқучанлик билан намоён бўлади. Патогенетик жараённи фаоллигини бошқариб бўлмайдиган сабаблари пневмонит, плеврит ва перикардит (серозит ва полисерозитлар) ва васкулитларнинг оғир кўринишлари ҳисобланади.
