Mualliflar RС EMN energiya oqimi zichligini instrumental o'lchovlarini o'tkazdilar, o'lchov natijalari olingan ma'lumotlarning binolarning maqsadi va antenna uskunalarini joylashtirish balandligiga bo'linishi bilan tahlil qilindi, turar joylar, jamoat, ishlab chiqarish va ma'muriy binolarning tomlariga va Toshkentga tutash hududlarga o'rnatilgan uyali aloqa tayanch stansiyalari uskunalari yordamida yaratilgan RС EMN darajalariga gigienik baho berildi va radiotexnika ob'ektlarini oqilona joylashtirish taklifi kiritildi.
