Surunkali qaytalanuvchi aft stomatit (SQAS) og'iz shilliq qavatining keng tarqalgan yallig'lanish kasalligi bo'lib, ko'p faktorli etiologiyaning qaytalanuvchi, og'riqli yaralari bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu maqola SQAS ning etiopatogenezi, klinik ko'rinishi, tashxisi va davolash bo'yicha mavjud dalillarni umumlashtirishga qaratilgan bo'lib, immunologik, mikrobial, genetik va ozuqaviy jihatlarga urg'u beradi. 2015 va 2025 yillar oralig'ida nashr etilgan tegishli adabiyotlarning keng qamrovli sharhi PubMed, Scopus va Google Scholar ma'lumotlar bazalari yordamida o'tkazildi. SQAS immunitetning buzilishi, genetik moyillik, mahalliy travma, ozuqaviy yetishmovchilik va psixologik stress bilan bog'liq. Uni davolash asosan simptomatik va profilaktik bo'lib, og'riqni kamaytirish, davolanishni rag'batlantirish va qaytalanishni kamaytirishga qaratilgan. Ham topikal, ham tizimli terapiya, past darajadagi lazer terapiyasi kabi yangi usullar bilan birgalikda klinik natijalarni yaxshilashda istiqbolli natijalarni ko'rsatadi. SQAS individual, ko'p tarmoqli yondashuvni talab qiladigan murakkab va ko'p faktorli holat bo'lib qolmoqda. Immunopatogenez va biologik terapiyadagi kelajakdagi yutuqlar uzoq muddatli remissiya darajasini oshirishi mumkin.
