Maqsad: NIRS-liver yordamida o‘lchanadigan jigar transplantatining regional oksigenatsiyasi ko‘rsatkichlari bilan klinik-instrumental parametrlar o‘rtasidagi korrelyatsion bog‘liqlikni aniqlash, xususan yaqin qarindosh donor jigar transplantatsiyasidan keyingi erta operatsiyadan keyingi davrda.

Materiallar va usullar. Tadqiqotga jonli donor jigaridan ortotopik transplantatsiya qilingan 124 nafar bemor kiritildi. Transplantatning oksigenatsiyasi 48 soat davomida yaqin infraqizil spektroskopiya (NIRS-liver) usuli bilan nazorat qilindi. Qo‘shimcha ravishda laborator, gemodinamik va ultratovush ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi.

Natijalar. Korrelyatsion tahlil natijasida gemoglobin darajasi bilan LSrO₂ o‘rtasida o‘rtacha kuchli ijobiy bog‘liqlik (r=0,507; p<0,0001), hamda jigar arteriyasidagi qon oqimi tezligi bilan LSrO₂ o‘rtasida ham sezilarli bog‘liqlik (r=0,328; p=0,002) aniqlandi. Shuningdek, kuzatuvning 48-soatida trombotsitlar soni bilan LSrO₂ o‘rtasida kuchsiz, ammo statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli korrelyatsiya (r=0,401; p=0,0001), shuningdek, qarshilik indeksi (RI) bilan LSrO₂ o‘rtasida ham bog‘liqlik (r=0,350; p=0,001) kuzatildi.

Xulosa. Olingan natijalar NIRS-liver texnologiyasining jigar transplantatining funksional holatini baholashda va erta bosqichda tomir asoratlarini aniqlashda muhim, invaziv bo‘lmagan metod sifatida klinik ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
