САНИТАРНО-ГИГИЕНИЧЕСКИЙ МОНИТОРИНГ ЗАГРЯЗНЕННОСТИ ОСТАТОЧНЫМИ КОЛИЧЕСТВАМИ ПЕСТИЦИДОВ ПИЩЕВЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Пищевые продукты являются основным источником возможного поступления в организм человека химических соединений – пестицидов, применяемых при выращивании продуктов растениеводства и животноводства. Проводимый в республике годах широкомасштабный санитарно-гигиенический мониторинг (2017-2021 г.г.) остаточных количеств пестицидов в продуктах питания на основе высокоточных аналитических методов позволяет выявлять ассортимент присутствующих ядохимикатов и степень пораженности продуктов относительно гигиенического регламента.
