Ушбу шарҳ буйрак ҳужайраси саратони микро муҳитида таъсир кўрсатадиган иммуносупрессив механизмларни ўрганишга қаратилган. Ўсма ҳужайраларининг кўпайиши ва метастазига  ёрдам берадиган ўсма ўсиш омилларини ўрганиш бўйича асосий  адабиёт материаллари тўплами мавжуд, ўсимта  микромухити ўсимта билан боғлиқ антигенларнинг  иммунитет  кузатувини чеклайди ва  иммунитетни назарот қилиш пунктлари самарадорлигини чеклайди. Буйрак ҳужайралари саратони ммунитетни назорат қилиш ингибиторларига жавоб берадиган бир нечта ўсма турларидан бири бўлса-да, ушбу воситаларнинг самарадорлиги, MEV ўсма микро муҳитини ташкил этувчи суяк илигидаги турли хил ўсма инфилтрацияли мийелоид ҳужайралари билан чекланган бўлиши мумкин. Ушбу ҳужайраларнинг ўсма тўқималарида  пайдо бўлишини йўқ қилишга ёки уларнинг иммуносупрессив функциясини зарарсизлантириш қаратилган бир қатор стратегиялар ҳайвонларнинг ўсмалари моделларида ва клиник тадқиқотларда далда берувчи натижалар кўрсатди.
