GENERAL CLASSIFICATION OF DISEASES OF THE GALLBLADDER AND CHILDREN'S TRACT

This article analyzes the data on the general classification of diseases of the gallbladder and children's tract. According to traditional concepts, bile accumulates in the gallbladder between digestive processes and enters the duodenum after the stimulating effect of the food consumed. Recent studies show that bile flow is a constant process, and the emptying of the gallbladder occurs constantly. The factors responsible for filling and emptying the gallbladder are hormonal, nervous and mechanical. Digestion of food leads to the release of the duodenal hormone - cholecystokinin, the main stimulator of emptying the gallbladder, and fat is the strongest irritation.
