Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the frequency of the development of synchronous and metachronous tumors and the combination of different types of cancer among patients with primary-multiple malignant tumors of the female reproductive system. This is relevant for improving the diagnosis of this category of patients. 80 patients with multiple primary malignant tumors with lesions of the female reproductive system (II-III clinical stages of the disease) were included in the study. This research found that 27.5% of patients had synchronous tumors and 72.5% had metachronous tumors. Among the 38 patients with breast cancer, 23.7% had synchronous cancer of the second breast, and 7.9% had ovarian cancer. Synchronous breast cancer was detected in 22.7% of patients with primary ovarian cancer, 25.0% with uterine body cancer, and 25.0% with cervical cancer. Metachronous tumors were diagnosed in 68.4% of patients with breast cancer, 77.3% with ovarian cancer, 75.0% with uterine body cancer, and 75.0% with cervical cancer. The most common time for metachronous tumors to be detected was between 6 months and 1 year and between 1 year and 2 years in 44.8% of patients. Thus, each female reproductive system tumor should be considered an indicator of other oncopathological risks. And effective dispensary monitoring will allow for monitoring the development of multiple primary malignant tumors in this type of patient in advance.
