SURGICAL TREATMENT OF UNSTABLE DIAPHYSAL FRACTURES OF THE CARPLES IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS METHODS OF TREATMENT

Surgical treatment was performed on 89 patients with unstable diaphyseal fractures of the wrist bones in the traumatology department of the Bukhara District Medical Union Hospital, of which 47 patients were offered the method of compression distraction osteosynthesis using the Ilizarov device in a closed manner, and the external fixation device developed by the department's staff was used and positive results were obtained.
