THE LEVEL OF EXPRESSION OF CD3(2GV6) and CD20(L26) MARKERS IN THE CELLS OF URINARY BLADDER POLYPS AND PAPILLOMA TISSUES

Abstract

This article presents data on the expression level of CD3(2GV6) and CD20(L26) markers in bladder polyp and papilloma tissue cells. The CD 3 marker is a surface marker specific for all subpopulations of T lymphocytes. CD 3 is a co-receptor of the T-cell receptor (TCR). Antigen recognition is the main tissue compatibility molecule located on the surface of cells. CD 20 is a protein often expressed on the surface of B-cell lymphocytes. These cells are the main cells of the immune system that protect the body from infections and are on the surface of immature to mature cells of V-cells. Antibody- producing plasma cells are not treated differently. Based on the level of expression of CD 3 and CD 20 markers in bladder polyps and papillomas, the response of the immune system to the cellular or humoral immune system in polyps and papillomas and the differences between them are presented.
