Сурункали пиелонефрит билан оғриган 33 бемор ва 40 нафар деярли соғлом шахсларни клиник кузатиш ва текшириш ўтказилди. CП билан оғриган беморлар икки марта текширилди. Биринчи гуруҳга (ГI гуруҳ) ушбу касалликнинг кучайиши билан оғриган беморлар киритилган. Таққослаш гуруҳида (ГII), худди шу беморлар даволаниш тугаганидан 1,5-3 ой ўтгач, СП кучайишининг клиник кўринишисиз. Барча текширилган беморларда буйракнинг ўткир шикастланишининг лаборатория белгилари аниқланмади. Сийдикдаги VEGF, МСР-1, ИЛ-8 ва ИЛ-18 концентрацияси барча текширилган шахсларнинг сийдик намуналарида ИФА усули билан аниқланди. Сийдикнинг оқсил спектри 6 ГI и 6 ГII беморларида Agilent 1100 хроматографи ёрдамида масс-спектрометрик таҳлил ёрдамида ўрганилди. Сийдик оқсилларини икки усул билан параллел равишда аниқлаш натижалари шуни кўрсатдики, CП нингкучайиши буйрак тубулалари уротелияси даражасида маҳаллий иккиламчи иммунитет етишмовчилиги фонида ривожланади.
