Diabetik neyropatiya (DN) - bu diabetning eng keng tarqalgan asoratlaridan biri bo'lib, bu ish faoliyatini pasaytiradigan va bemorning hayotiga tahdid soladigan bir qator holatlarga olib keladi. Qandli diabet fonida neyropatiya etakchi o'rinni egallaydi, bu barcha neyropatiyalarning 40% ini tashkil qiladi, alkogolli neyropatiya oldida [2]. Diyabetik neyropatiya - bu asab tizimining shikastlanish sindromlarining kombinatsiyasi bo'lib, uning turli qismlarining (sensorimotor yoki avtonom) zararlanishi ustunlik qiladi.
