In this article, the authors present a case of clinical observation of a patient with connective tissue dysplasia, and specifically with Marfan's syndrome. This pathology, being a consequence of a number of genetic disorders, includes a group of various systemic conditions. Evaluation of patients with possible Marfan's syndrome requires a multidisciplinary approach, including clinical genetics, rheumatology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and radiological diagnostics.
