This article is devoted to the study of preoperative clinical, radiological outcomes of 70 patients with varus deformity of the knee joint deforming osteoarthritis who underwent arthroscopic debridement and proximal fibular osteotomy. For the purpose of surgical intervention, arthroscopic debridement and proximal fibular osteotomy were performed.
