An analysis of anthropometric, clinical, anamnestic, and structural characteristics of patients after meniscectomy (n = 132) was conducted. The following factors were examined: age and gender distribution, injury mechanism, type of meniscal injury, presence of concomitant injuries, body mass index (BMI), injury duration, and side of injury. The results allowed us to identify the key patterns of meniscal injury development and factors influencing the postoperative course and choice of rehabilitation strategy.
