The effect of thiotriazoline on the restoration of gas exchange parameters and acid-base balance in patients with MDR tuberculosis was studied. It was found that the drug accelerates the normalization of PaO₂, PaCO₂ and pH, reduces the severity of respiratory failure and improves the functional state of the lungs.
