ХАРАКТЕР ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ БИОМАРКЕРОВ ПОРАЖЕНИЯ ПОЧЕК, В СЛЮНЕ, КРОВИ И МОЧЕ У БОЛЬНЫХ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ГЕНЕРАЛИЗОВАННОЙ ПАРОДОНТИТОМ

Проведено клиническое наблюдение и обследование 33 больных хроническим пиелонефритом (ХПН) и 40 практически здоровых лиц. Больные ХПН обследованы дважды. В первую группу (ГI) вошли пациенты с обострением данного заболевания. В группу сравнения (ГII) те же больные спустя 1,5-3 месяца после завершения лечения, без клинических проявлений обострения ХПН. У всех обследованных пациентов не выявлены лабораторные признаки острого почечного повреждения. В образцах мочи всех обследованных лиц проводили определение концентрации VEGF, МСР-1, IL-8 и IL-18 в моче методом ИФА. У 6 пациентов ГI и 6 ГII с исследовали белковый спектр мочи с помощью масс-спектрометрического анализа, используя хроматограф Agilent 1100. Результаты параллельного определения белков мочи двумя методами показали, что обострение ХПН развивается на фоне локальной вторичной иммунной недостаточности на уровне уротелия почечных канальцев.
