СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЭТОДЫ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ГИПЕРЕСТИЗИИ ЗУБОВ ПОСЛЕ ОДОНТОПРЕПАРИРОВАНИЯ В ПРАКТИКЕ ОРТОПЕДИЧЕСКОЙ СТОМАТОЛОГИИ

На основании анализа специальной литературы изучены современные методы профилактики и лечения постоперативной гиперестезии зубов. Современные методы профилактики гиперестезии после препарирования направлены на поддержание жизнеспособности и активности пульпы зуба, при этом сошлифование зубов должно осуществляться в условиях защищённых от внешних воздействий. Использование искусственно синтезированного гидроксиаппатита, современных десенсибилизаторов, элекктрофореза 30%,раствора нитрата серебра, 1% раствора фторида натрия,нитрата калия,лазера низкий интенсивности эффективно в современной профилактике и лечении чувствительности после шлифовки. Учет зон безопасности на зубах является важным фактором предотвращения повышенной чувствительности после препарирования зубов. Наши исследования этой тематики подтверждают, что вышеуказанные подходы предотвращают повреждение тканей пульпы зуба. Применение вышеуказанных методик профилактики предотвращают травму пульпы здоровых зубов, что значительно сокращает осложнения в зубном протезировании.
