КЛИНИКО-МИКРОБИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ОЦЕНКА ХЛОРСОДЕРЖАЩИХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ ПРИ КОМПЛЕКСНОМ ЛЕЧЕНИИ ПАРОДОНТИТА

Известно, что в этиологии, генерализации и хронизации воспалительных заболеваний пародонта придаётся одно из решающих значений нарушению видовым и количественным составом микрофлоры ротовой полости, определяющему возникновение, клинические проявления и прогрессирование поражений пародонтальных тканей. Необоснованное и бесконтрольное применение химиопрепаратов при лечении заболеваний пародонта приводит к формированию штаммов с резистентностью к антибактериальной терапии. Избежать этого можно путем использования антисептических препаратов, которые обладают широким антибактериальным спектром и не индуцируют резистентность микробов таких как «Элюдрил», «Пародиум» и «Эльгидиум», отличающиеся длительным депонированием препарата.
