Мақолада жиноят процессида шахснинг шаъни ва қадр-қимматини ҳурмат қилиш принципи ва унинг жиноят ишларини юритиш жараёнидаги аҳамияти, ахлоқий хусусиятлари ва маънавий талаблари, Ўзбекистон Республикаси Конституцияси ва халқаро-ҳуқуқий ҳужжатларда инсон шаъни ва қадр-қимматини ҳурмат қилишга оид ўрнатилган қоидалар, гумон қилинувчининг, айбланувчининг ҳимоя ҳуқуқини бузиш натижасида олинган далиллар айблов асосига қўйилиши мумкин эмаслиги, исбот қилиш жараёнида тақиқланган ҳолатлар, ҳаракатларга оид масалалар илмий таҳлил қилинган ҳамда бу борада илмий-амалий таклифлар илгари сурилган.
