УВАЖЕНИЕ ЧЕСТИ И ДОСТОИНСТВА ЛИЧНОСТИ В УГОЛОВНОМ СУДОПРОИЗВОДСТВЕ

В статье автором проанализированы и выработаны научно-практические предложения по запрещенным действиям при доказывании по принципу уважение чести и достоинства личности и его значение в уголовном процессе, особенностям морали и духовности, положениям Конституции Республики Узбекистан и международно-правовых актов связанные с уважением чести и достоинства личности, по которым доказательства, полученные с нарушением прав подозреваемого и обвиняемого на защиту, не могут быть взяты на основу обвинения.
