O‘ZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASIDA SPORТ MUNOSABATLARINI HUQUQIY TARTIBGA BERISHNI RIVOJLANISH MUAMMALARI VA ISTIQBOTLARI

Maqolada jismoniy tarbiya va sport sohasidagi munosabatlarni tartibga soluvchi qonunchilik normalarini rivojlantirish muammolari va istiqbollari bilan bog'liq masalalar ko'rib chiqiladi. Chunki bu sohaning ahamiyati ortib bormoqda, qonunchilikni takomillashtirish hozirgi kunda juda muhim yo'nalish hisoblanadi. Muallif O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ushbu sohani huquqiy tartibga solish tizimini takomillashtirishning bir qancha muhim yo‘nalishlarini belgilab beradi. Maqolada qayd etilishicha, jismoniy tarbiya va sport sohasida vujudga keladigan ijtimoiy munosabatlarning murakkab tabiati ularga turli sohaga mansub huquqiy normalarning ta’sirini nazarda tutadi. Umumjahon xalqaro aktlarning fundamental ahamiyati ham belgilanadi. Jismoniy tarbiya va sport sohasining o‘ziga xos va murakkabligi sport munosabatlarini huquqiy tartibga solishni yanada rivojlantirishni, shuningdek, xorijiy davlatlar bilan xalqaro hamkorlikni rivojlantirishning maqsadga muvofiqligini taqozo etishi qayd etilgan.
