PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF SPORTS RELATIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article deals with issues related to the problems and prospects for the development of legislative norms regulating relations in the field of physical culture and sports. Because the importance of this area is growing, the improvement of legislation is currently a very important area. The author identifies some important areas for improving the system of legal regulation in this area in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The paper notes that the complex nature of social relations arising in the field of physical culture and sports implies the impact on them of legal norms of different industry affiliation. The fundamental importance of universal international acts is also determined. It is noted that the specific and complex nature of the sphere of physical culture and sports requires further development of the legal regulation of sports relations, as well as the feasibility of developing international cooperation with foreign countries.
