Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt va katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlarning qollanilishi to‘grisidagi masalalar ko‘rib chiqilgan.Muallif tomonidan sun’iy intellekt va katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlar qo‘llanilishining huquqiy jihatalari, ahloqiy masalalar, huquqiy muammolar va ularning echimi, shuningdek javobgarlik masalalari tahlil etilgan. Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt tehnologiyalari va katta hajmadagi ma’lumotlarni qo‘llanilishida ijtimoiy tengsizlikni huquqiy hodisda sifatida sun’iy intellekt va katta hajmadagi ma’lumotlarni keng doirda qo‘llash bo‘yicha muammolar ko‘rib chiqilgan.
