ИСКУССТВЕННЫЙ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТ И БОЛЬШИЕ ДАННЫЕ (BIG DATA)

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы применения искусственного Интеллекта и Big Data. Автором были анализированы правовые аспекты использования ИИ и больших данных, этические вопросы, правовые проблемы и их решения, вопросы ответственности. В работе были затронуты некоторые проблемы широкого применения ИИ вместе с Big Data такие как социальное неравенство как правовое явления в использовании технологии ИИ, а также Big Data.
