Ushbu maqomda inson huquqi nazariyasi nuqtai nazaridan sog'liqni saqlash huquqi, sog'lom huquq va tushunchalar ko'rib chiqiladi, O'zbekiston sog'liqni saqlash sohasidagi xalqaro huquq hujjatlari, siyosati va milliy qonunchiligi tahlil qilinadi, Mingyillikning rivojlanish maqsadlari va sog'liqni saqlash nuqtai nazaridan barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlari. Maqolaning yakuniy qismida O'zbekiston Respublikasining sog'liqni saqlash huquqini ta'minlash sohasidagi faoliyatini takomillashtirish bo'yicha takliflar keltirilgan.
