MODERN CONCEPTS OF THE RIGHT TO HEALTH IN INTERNATIONAL LAW AND THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN UZBEKISTAN

This article reviews the current approaches and concepts of the right to health, the right to health in terms of human rights theory, analyzed the international legal documents, policies and national legislation of Uzbekistan in the sphere of healthcare, Development Goals of Millennium and Goals of sustainable development from the point of view of healthcare. In the final part of the article are suggestions on improving the activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of ensuring the right to health.
