Мазкур мақолада муаллиф Ўзбекистонда “ақлли (smart) шартномалар”, унинг фуқаролик-ҳуқуқий белгилари, уларни тартибга солишнинг миллий ва халқаро хусусий механизмлари, шунингдек ушбу соҳадаги халқаро стандартларини таҳлил қилган. Бундан ташқари, “ақлли (smart) шартномаларнинг бугунги замонавий ҳуқуқ тизимида тутган ўрни ва бошқа ҳуқуқ соҳалари билан алоқаси атрофлича муҳокама қилинган. Муаллиф ақлли (smart) шартномалар”ни тартибга солиш ва қонунчиликда мустаҳкамлаш бўйича учраётган муаммоларни кўрсатган ҳолда уларни ҳуқуқий ечимига оид таклифларни илгари сурган.
