"SMART CONTRACTS" IN CIVIL LAW RELATIONS AND ISSUES OF ITS EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
In this article, the author analyzes "smart contracts" in Uzbekistan, its civil law features, national and international private mechanisms for their regulation, as well as international standards in this area. In addition, “the relationship of smart devices to today’s offenses is relevant to the data. The author puts forward proposals for their legal solution, highlighting the problems encountered in the regulation and strengthening of "smart" contracts.
