Шунингдек, унда олимларнинг илмий нуқтаи назарлари, амалга оширилаётган суд-ҳуқуқий ислоҳотлари шароитида ҳуқуқий таъсир чораларининг суд тартибида қўлланилиши масалалари атрофлича ўрганилган.
