Abstract

The article analyzes the application and essence of legal sanctions in various areas of law. The proposed study provides a complete picture of the legal measure, the concept of legal action, the application of administrative law, the theory of state and law, civil law, economic procedural law. It also examines in detail the scientific views of scholars, the application of legal sanctions in the context of ongoing judicial reform. In the conclusion, the author puts forward certain conclusions.
