ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ ТРИПС В ПРАКТИКУ ОХРАНЫ ПРАВ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЙ СОБСТВЕННОСТИ КИТАЙСКОЙ НАРОДНОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ

В статье освещается процесс гармонизации национального законодательства КНР в сфере интеллектуальной собственности с нормами соглашения Всемирной Торговой Организации по торговым аспектам интеллектуальной собственности (ТРИПС) накануне вступления страны в организацию. Кроме того, приводятся данные о современном состоянии защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности в стране, ее достижении в последнее десятилетие лидирующих позиций в мире по всем видам объектов интеллектуальной собственности (анализ данных рейтинга “World Intellectual Property Indicators” ВОИС) и необходимости превращения КНР из пиратского государства в государство, уважающее права интеллектуальной собственности. В сводном разделе статьи проводится сравнение существующей практики нашей республики по имплементации настоящего соглашения в законодательство Республики Узбекистан с опытом КНР в этой области.
