In addition, data on the current state of the protection of intellectual property rights in the country, its achievement in the last decade of the world leadership position on all types of IP objects (an analysis of WIPO's World Intellectual Property Indicators rating data) and the need for the transformation of the PRC from a pirate state into a state that respects intellectual property rights are included. In the summary section of the article, the current practice of our republic is compared with the experience of the PRC in this field on the implementation of this agreement to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
