Abstract

The article examines the role, structure, tasks of self-government bodies in the system of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their significance in improving the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office. The importance of self-government bodies in ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic management in accordance with international standards is emphasized. The main aspects of activity, such as decision-making, personnel issues, and monitoring the implementation of tasks, have been analyzed. At the same time, recommendations have been developed based on the study of the experience of foreign countries such as the USA, Germany, China, and South Korea in improving the work of self-government bodies in the system of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
