COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES IN UZBEKISTAN AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

The independence of the judiciary and the judiciary are interrelated concepts. The judiciary represents form, and the independence of the judiciary represents content. However, the judiciary must be organized in a way that does not undermine the independence of the judiciary.
This article discusses the system of the judiciary in Uzbekistan and the United States, the structure of the courts, its role in ensuring the independence of the judiciary. Proposals have been made to improve the legal framework for the judicial system in Uzbekistan.
