LEGAL ASPECTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN UZBEKISTAN: GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE INITIATIVES

Abstract

This article examines the role of education and training in promoting women entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan. Special attention is given to the analysis of governmental and private educational initiatives aimed at increasing entrepreneurial activity among women. The research is based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of data obtained from various sources, including government reports, academic studies, and interviews with women entrepreneurs. The results show that education and training play a crucial role in developing the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge necessary for successful business operations. The article also discusses the main barriers and challenges women face in the learning process and becoming entrepreneurs, and provides recommendations for overcoming these obstacles.
