ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ПРАВОВЫХ МЕР В РАЗНЫХ СФЕРАХ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВА И ЕЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ

В статье анализируются применение и сущность правовых санкций в различных областях права. Предлагаемое исследование позволит нам получить всестороннее представление о правовой мере, понятии меры правового воздействия, административном праве, теории государства и права, гражданском праве, его применении в экономическом процессуальном праве. Также подробно исследуются научные взгляды ученых на применение правовых санкций в контексте продолжающейся судебной реформы. В заключение автор делает определенные выводы.
