АЁЛЛАРДА ЮРАК-ҚОН ТОМИР ХАВФИНИ СТРАТИФИКАЦИЯСИДА СУТ БЕЗИ АРТЕРИЯСИ КАЛЬЦИФИКАЦИЯСИНИНГ АҲАМИЯТИ

Субклиник коронар атеросклероз ва юрак-қон томир касалликларининг оғирлигини аниқлаш ва баҳолаш учун анъанавий хавф омилларини баҳолашдан ташқари, рақамли маммограммаларда сут бези артериясининг кальцификациясини баҳолаш хам муҳим роль ўйнаши мумкин. Тадқиқотимиз мақсади юрак-қон томир касалликлари аниқланмаган, 40 ёшдан ошган симптомcиз ўзбек аёлларида скрининг маммографияда сут бези артериялари кальцификациясини ретроспектив ўрганиш бўлди. Республика ихтисосолаштирилган онкология ва радиология илмий-амалий марказининг Хоразм филиалида маммографик скринингдан ўтказилган 5570 аёлларнинг рақамли маммограммалари ретроспектив таҳлил қилинди. Таҳлил қилиш учун юрак-қон томир касалликлари маълум бўлмаган 40 ёшдан ошган 2672 нафар аёлнинг маммограммаси танлаб олинди. Ҳар бир кўкрак учун SINO (Хитой) иш стансиясида олинган медиолатерал қийшиқ ва краниокаудал тасвирлар кўриб чиқилди. Таҳлил натижаларига кўра, юрак-қон томир патологияси аниқланмаган, 40 ёшдан ошган ўзбек аёлларида сут бези артерияси кальцификациясининг тарқалиши анча юқори бўлиб, 11,9% ни ташкил этди. Ёш ўтиши билан сут бези артерияси кальцификацияси билан касалланиш ва унинг оғирлик даражаси ортиши кузатилди. Юрак-қон томир хавфини адекват баҳолаш учун сут бези саратони ва юрак-қон томир касалликларини бир вақтнинг ўзида скрининг қилиш мақсадга мувофиқдир. Сут безлари артерияларининг кальцификацияси аниқланган аёллар чуқур кардиологик текширувни талаб қиладилар.
