Mazkur maqolada Najmiddin Kubroning pedagogik qarashlari asosida pedagogika yo‘nalishi talabalarining ma’naviy-axloqiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning takomillashtirilgan pedagogik modeli yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda motivatsion-qadriyaviy, kognitiv-dunyoqarash, refleksiv-metakognitiv, tajribaviy-faoliyatli va kompetensiyaviy-rivojlantiruvchi komponentlar o‘zaro aloqador tizim sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, qadriyatga yo‘naltirilgan refleksiv ta’lim, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ma’naviy rivojlantirish, vitagen-tajribaviy ta’lim, refleksiv-metakognitiv rivojlantirish va kompetensiyaga asoslangan baholash texnologiyalari asosida ma’naviy rivojlanish blokining didaktik imkoniyatlari ochib beriladi. Maqolada talabalarda halollik, mas’uliyat, insonparvarlik, bag‘rikenglik, o‘zini nazorat qilish, fuqarolik mas’uliyati va komillikka intilish kabi sifatlarni shakllantirishning nazariy hamda amaliy mexanizmlari asoslanadi.
