Mazkur maqolada qishloq xo‘jaligi sohasini innovatsion rivojlantirish sharoitida kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini takomillashtirish masalalari, mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari yoritiladi.Xususan, qishloq xo‘jaligi sohasida innovatsiyalarni joriy etish, raqamli texnologiyalar va zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimlarini qo‘llash orqali samaradorlikni oshirishda innovatsion bilimga ega kadrlar tayyorlash - bu mamlakatning bugungi kundagi eng dolzarb masalalaridan biri ekanligi ta’kidlangan.
