This article highlights the issues of improving the personnel training system in the context of the innovative development of the agricultural sector, identifies existing problems, and discusses ways to address them. In particular, it emphasizes that training personnel equipped with innovative knowledge for the introduction of innovations, the use of digital technologies, and modern management systems to increase efficiency in the agricultural sector is one of the most pressing issues facing the country today.
